About Me

With over 25 years of experience in psychotherapeutic client,

Based in Gujarat, I work with individuals, couples, and families globally—both online and in person.

Over the years, I have trained 200+ psychologists worldwide and contributed to national and international psychology forums.

A core part of my work is a commitment to continuous learning, integrating approaches that truly work for my clients.

My approach is integrative—grounded in CBT and enriched by EMDR, TEAM-CBT, I-CBT, and the Gottman Method—focused on creating meaningful, lasting change, fostering self-reliance, empowerment, and self-fulfilment.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and addictions, supporting their holistic emotional well-being.

I am deeply committed to reducing stigma and making mental health care more accessible.

I am also interested in supporting organizations in strengthening individual resilience while building resilient teams and sustainable performance cultures.

Alongside this, I am exploring how AI and digital mental health interventions can expand access to care—while preserving depth, empathy, and effectiveness.

Bringing together experience and curiosity, I continue to work at the intersection of tradition and innovation—supporting more meaningful, accessible, and fulfilling lives.

Experienced Psychologist

I am a practicing psychologist with over 25 years of experience in psychotherapy and training.

My approach is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a structured and evidence-based framework that helps in understanding and working through patterns of thinking, emotion, and behaviour. I also integrate different perspectives and methods, allowing for a flexible and thoughtful approach tailored to each individual. My work is also informed by the TEAM-CBT framework (you can learn more about this [here]). Also trained at Level 3 in Gottman’s Methods.

I see therapy as a collaborative process—one that is both structured and reflective. The focus is on helping you develop clarity about your experiences, while building practical skills using research-based tools and techniques to respond more effectively to life’s challenges.

An important aim of my work is to support you in becoming more self-reliant over time, with greater confidence and independence in navigating difficulties.
